A fast-growing retail finance company, Fullerton India Credit traces its pedigree to Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore

Challenge
An innovative, first-of its-kind concept that's based on customer centric, community based business model, meant that we had to develop a website that was an extension of the company itself.

Solution
During the course of several meetings with the client, one thing Pigtail Pundits understood right from the beginning that corporate speak, financial jargon and everything that goes with it, is a definite 'no'. Observing the company's premise of doing business from the heart level rather than the head level, and targeting lower income segments, we decided to replicate what we saw, online. As a result, here's a site with a design that's very organic in look and absolutely colloquial in tone wherever possible. Although, it's not very likely that many of Fullerton India Credit's clients are likely to use the web regularly anytime soon, we felt that it was only apt for us to communicate honestly what Fullerton India Credit was all about.
