Circa 1997, Pigtail Pundits is born
Bored stiff with careers that ceased to be challenging anymore, Rajesh, Unni and Ranajit renounced their corporate jobs in search of a more meaningful existence.

The WWW beckoned... offered nirvana
But the path to salvation wasn't easy; they toiled away tirelessly from out of a sponsored garage. Beat the streets looking for work (it took them 28 visits and innumerable phone calls to get the first client in). They over delivered on quality. And struggled to make ends meet.

In retrospect, a wise decision
11 years later, Pigtail Pundits is a global interactive communications company. Operating out of a single office in Mumbai, we've been efficiently serving hundreds of clients across the globe. Be it Las Vegas, Tampa Bay, Phoenix,  Austin, San Francisco, London, Stockholm, Sydney, Hong Kong,  Auckland, Dubai, Mumbai, Bangalore or Trivandrum. In fact, we've made remote servicing a speciality.

In the course of this journey, we have transformed ourselves, many times over:

• a pure design company focused on Indian Clients [1997]
• a design and HTML technology company focused on US clients [1998]
• a design + Java/ Microsoft technology company focused on Indian and International clients [2000]
• a design + LAMP technology + marketing value-add company focused on Indian and International clients [2003]

Our team size has now stabilised at 12
What’s even better, we have survived, on our own. No funding. No borrowed capital. No debt. No bust. No boom, either.

Just growth generated from internal revenues. With a dash of doggedness, fair share of mistakes, falling, getting up, discovering, learning, focus and an unflinching passion for what we do.

We've perfected the art of remotely servicing our international clients from out of Mumbai
It hasn't been easy. But, we think we're doing a pretty good job. With clients and alliances in Mumbai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Miami, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, New York, Toronto, Australia, New Zealand and London.

Over the years, the project sizes have increased in value and sophistication. Our clients keep coming back. With more business and tons of undiluted praise.

There have been a few moments in our blossoming that we cherish greatly
At the Indian Advertising Festival 2000, we were awarded the Finalist Certificate for the Best Interactive Company/Brand of the year, by an international jury.

Our clients have always loved our work. It was great to get some peer recognition too.

However, our objectives, from 1997 till today, still remain unchanged:
