Client: R&S (India) Electronics Pvt Ltd

The Problem
R&S is one of India's oldest and most well-known audio-visual solutions company. They had a website, but it looked more like they were selling products there.

R&S sells services and consults with cinemas, multiplexes, professional studios, clubs and discotheques, churches and temples, auditorium owners and more to understand their audio-visual requirements and create solutions which are right for their clients and also fit their budgets.

To do this effectively, R&S has its own manufacturing facility for Pulz audio and it represents a host of the most well-known audio-visual brands in the world.

R&S needed a website that would effectively convey their services and the products they represented to their customers.

The Solution
Pigtail Pundits spent many hours with R&S to understand their business and then created a website that uniquely conveyed what R&S offered.

The Feel It theme was created to distinctly convey that R&S was in the business of audio-video solutions that touched the people who use it. The visuals and language were humanized. Calls to action introduced, and how R&S differed from competition clearly outlined.

The website was built on Joomla 1.5 CMS, with Sobi2 Directory, K2, Gallery and host of features.

The client was trained on how to make updates to the system, periodically.

The Results

  • A website that memorably captures the services that R&S offers
  • Regular updates by R&S staff
  • Search friendly design
