Challenge
After a thorough review of the previous site, we felt that the following issues needed to be addressed:
- Rationalization and simplifying of the navigation
- Making it look world-class, professional
- Maximizing opportunities for interaction with the customer

Here's how we went about building the new site, based on the client's inputs
- Reduced the number of links and chunked them into sections
- Increased User Interaction
- Added an Ask Hamilton Contact Form
- Integrated a Poll which is periodically changed – topical coaching issue, marketing issue, advertising branding issues, etc
- Added a shoutbox through which the visitor can immediately get into and start a conversation
- Added commenting on blog articles
- Allowed people to social bookmark blog articles
- Used an Open Source, free CMS such as Wordpress to build the site on
